For the past 100 years, home economists and Family and Consumer Sciences professionals have practiced in numerous arenas including secondary teaching, college and university teaching and research, business and industry consumer experts, cooperative extension educators,  as well as provided consumer information on housing, nutrition and wellness, child development and family, clothing and textiles and resource management.  As we move toward the year 2008-2009, please consider sharing your past stories of your practice of the discipline we have called home economics and family and consumer sciences.  Share with us answers to
