Florida State University Human Sciences hosts Ellen for Homecoming Activities
Saturday, November 29th, 2008
- Marian Davis, Savannah Day, Kathy Pope and Ellen "Joyce"
- Ellen and Human Sciences Faculty, Marsha Rehm
- Ellen, Marsha and two Human Sciences Students
In the midst of a torrential downpour in Tallahassee, Ellen and Joyce arrived at the Claude Pepper Auditorium for a performance for the Tallahassee and FSU community. Interestingly enough, Ellen would have thought the rain was a blessing, so we, too, had to decide that it was what we needed for the day. Ellen had two performances, one with the general community, FSU Human Sciences faculty and Department Heads with the second performance for Marsha Rehm’s class in History and Philosophy of Human Sciences. Audiences were appreciative of the many accomplishments of the remarkable Ellen.
This was Homecoming Week with a special Human Sciences Brunch on Saturday, and Ellen appeared in period costume to greet alumni and faculty.
